Terms and Conditions — okbe5 Platform Rules

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and okbe5 ("the Platform", "we", "us") in relation to your use of the okbe5 platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and related services accessible at okbe5.fun and through the okbe5 mobile application.

The Platform operates as an online gaming and sports betting service. These Terms apply to all visits, whether you access okbe5 through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the dedicated Android or iOS app. By continuing past the registration screen, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

okbe5 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with an updated version, you may close your account at any time.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion or game, the specific promotion or game terms will take precedence for that matter only.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use okbe5, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. okbe5 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be the individual named on the account. Accounts cannot be registered on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of okbe5.
• Your account must not be used for any unlawful purpose.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. If you already hold an active okbe5 account and attempt to register a second, both accounts may be suspended and any bonuses associated with either account will be cancelled. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery options rather than registering a new account.

When you register, you are required to provide accurate and truthful personal information. You must keep this information up to date. okbe5 may request verification documents at any point, including proof of identity and proof of payment method. Until verification is satisfactorily completed, deposits, withdrawals, or both may be restricted at our discretion.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. okbe5 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account if you have shared or inadequately protected your credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately to have it secured.

3. Deposits and Payments

okbe5 supports deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All payment methods listed are subject to change without prior notice — refer to the Payments section of your account dashboard for the current list of active methods.

Deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied by okbe5 on deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account.

Processing times differ by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Raast and bank transfers follow the processing schedule of your bank and may take longer. Card deposits are subject to your card issuer's authorisation process.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. okbe5 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment source that cannot be verified as belonging to you, the deposit may be reversed and your account may be restricted pending investigation.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. This policy exists to maintain the integrity of the payment cycle and to satisfy standard financial verification requirements. If your original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawals, you will be asked to verify an alternative method in your name before the withdrawal can proceed.

Withdrawal processing times are influenced by your VIP tier. Standard accounts are processed through the regular queue. Gold, Platinum and Elite tier members receive progressively faster handling, with Elite tier eligible for same-day or instant payouts depending on the method. okbe5 reserves the right to conduct identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. If verification documents have not yet been submitted and approved, withdrawal requests will be held until verification is completed. We recommend completing your account verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when you want to withdraw.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method. These limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. Withdrawal requests below the stated minimum will not be processed.

Any balance that has been credited through a bonus and has not yet met the applicable wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled. Attempting to withdraw bonus-ineligible funds before requirements are met will result in the bonus being forfeited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

okbe5 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free game credits, cashback promotions, and VIP-exclusive rewards. Each offer has its own specific terms that are stated clearly at the point the offer is presented.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount — or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit combined — must be turned over in qualifying game activity before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus value must be wagered in total twenty times across eligible games before the associated funds become withdrawable.

Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, Live Casino, and certain table games may contribute at a different rate than slots. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the individual bonus terms.

• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the stated period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless an offer explicitly states it can be combined.
• okbe5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time if misuse or abuse of the offer is suspected.
• Bonuses are awarded for personal, recreational use only. Systematic wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value rather than play for entertainment may result in bonus cancellation.

If you do not wish to claim a bonus, you may opt out at the point of deposit. Some bonuses are credited automatically — if you would prefer not to receive automatic bonuses, contact support before making a deposit to have this noted on your account.

6. Sports Betting Rules

okbe5 offers sports betting markets across cricket, football, esports and other sports. Specific rules for each sport and market type are available within the sportsbook. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on okbe5.

Bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases where okbe5 exercises its right to void a bet under these Terms. If you place a bet in error, you accept responsibility for that bet.

Cricket markets, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals and other domestic and international competitions, are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended or incomplete, standard cricket abandonment rules apply — individual market settlement rules are displayed within each market.

okbe5 reserves the right to void any bet if:

• The bet was accepted due to a clearly erroneous price caused by a technical fault or human error.
• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement period, or the result is overturned by the governing body.
• There is evidence of match manipulation, result fixing, or irregular betting patterns associated with the event.
• The bet was placed on an event for which the outcome was already known at the time of placement.

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are stated within the sportsbook. A single winning bet or accumulator that exceeds the maximum payout limit for that market will be paid at the stated maximum, not the full calculated return. 7. Casino Games and Bingo

All casino games and Bingo draws available on okbe5 are powered by certified third-party game providers. Game outcomes for slot games, table games and number draws are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems in use are independently tested to confirm fairness of output distribution.

Live Casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. The result of each Live Casino round is determined by physical game equipment — cards, roulette wheels and dice — operated by trained dealers. Connection disruption during a Live Casino round does not entitle a player to a refund of their bet. If a round is voided by the game provider for technical reasons, affected bets are refunded.

Bingo draws operate according to the specific rules of each room, which are displayed before you enter the room and purchase tickets. Jackpot conditions and prize allocations vary by draw format. Your Bingo ticket purchases are final. If a Bingo draw is cancelled before it commences, ticket costs are refunded to your account balance.

okbe5 is not liable for any loss of internet connection, device failure or software error on the player's side that interrupts game play. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable connection sufficient for the type of game you are playing.

8. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

okbe5 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any bonus balances:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any tool that interacts with the platform without direct manual input by a human player.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or pricing errors in any game or betting market for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected fault must be reported to support and may be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or poker rooms to gain an advantage over other participants.
• Any attempt to access the account of another player without their authorisation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Registering more than one account or allowing a third party to use your account.

okbe5 monitors betting and gaming activity for patterns that suggest prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is identified, okbe5 may hold withdrawals, request additional verification, suspend the account, or share relevant information with appropriate authorities.

9. Privacy and Data

okbe5 collects and processes personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as set out in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms by reference.

Your account information, transaction history and activity on the platform are stored securely. okbe5 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, verification service providers and regulatory authorities where required to operate the platform lawfully and to comply with financial verification obligations.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data held about you. Requests can be submitted through the support contact available in your account dashboard.

10. Responsible Gaming

okbe5 is an entertainment platform for adults. We take player wellbeing seriously and provide a range of self-management tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. These tools — including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion — are available directly from your account settings and take effect immediately when activated.

Self-exclusion applies across all sections of the platform, including the sportsbook, all casino games, Bingo and Esports. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen period. You should use the self-exclusion option if you feel your gaming is no longer enjoyable or is having a negative impact on your daily life or finances.

11. Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support through your account dashboard. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be removed.

okbe5 may suspend or close an account at any time if:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms.
• We have reason to believe that prohibited conduct has taken place.
• The account is inactive for an extended period, subject to our inactive account policy.
• Verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• We are required to do so by a legal or regulatory obligation.

If your account is closed by okbe5 due to a breach of Terms, withdrawals of any remaining balance are at our discretion and may be withheld pending investigation. We will communicate the reason for account closure where we are legally permitted to do so.

12. Changes to These Terms

okbe5 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify you through a message in your account dashboard or on the platform homepage when major changes are made.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
